Welcome new and returning participating businesses! Please use the form below to officially register to participate in the 2025 Halloween Stroll. For businesses in West Hartford Center & Blue Back Square, we are asking for tables and candy to be set up outside your establishment for ease of traffic flow. For businesses located outside of the center, you will be welcome to set up your own table on the front lawn of Town Hall. If you are setting up at table at Town Hall, please promptly return the insurance forms we will be requesting. All participants who sign up prior to October 11th, 2025 will receive a complimentary promotional package including logo on our website and social media mentions (if assets are provided to our team). We are looking forward to a successful and fun Halloween Stroll!
