Welcome new and returning participating businesses! Please use the form below to register to participate in the 2026 Halloween Stroll.
For businesses in West Hartford Center & Blue Back Square: please set up tables outside your storefront.
For businesses located outside of the center: you can set up your own table on the front lawn of Town Hall. Insurance forms are required for businesses setting up on the lawn.
All participants who sign up prior to October 10, will receive a complimentary promotional package including logo on our website and social media mentions. We are looking forward to a successful and fun Halloween Stroll!
